We use many fruits, vegetables, and other edible items to cook where we have to waste a part of food known as peels, seeds, pulp etc. so today we are here to see how those waste peels and other stuff can be used to beautify us and our skin.
1. Potato peels:
Potato peels contain lots of starch, In the past, they have been used against perspiration and odor. potato waste is rich in vitamins and minerals, that are good for the skin elasticity and tone. The high concentration of water gives good results when applied on puffy and tired eyes. Potato peels can also give relief from the pain from low degree burns and help the burn heal faster. just make sure you wash the peel properly before you use it.
2. Lemon peels:
Lemon are rich in vitamin C. lemon is really good for the skin. After squeezing the juice out of the lemon you can place your nail inside and rub them gently for a few minutes – it strengthens and brightens your nails. The lemon peels can be used in the morning or before going to bed as a cleanser. they acidic property kills germs and also fights against odor.
3. Banana peels:
they can be used as a day cream (you should wash, but the skin will retain the clarity and elasticity). Banana peels are more advised for dry and mixed skin but can also be used by oily skin people. it adds moisture and softens the skin.
4. Avocado seeds:
After breaking the outer coat of the seed in pieces with a sharp knife or a hammer let want will it to dry for a few days. then grind it into fine powder after that you can mix the avocado seed powder oil or curd.
